These lovely geese can be found at my local retention pond. They are known by their distinct black head and necks. Wing span 4.2.-6.1 ft for adult male. The female 5.5. They travel in groups and are protective of each other. When they fly, they travel in V shape formation and they Geese are waterfowls of the family Anatidae.
